Recently the Celestials gifted the corpse of one of their own, Progenitor, to the Avengers as a new headquarters. It lies in the Arctic Circle, squarely on the North Pole, and was refurbished by the finest Wakandan and Alpha Flight tech to be the Avengers' new headquarters.
